Tatilinizi geçirmeyi planladığınızTepeev 15 dönüm arazi üzerine kısmen doğal sebze bahçeleri, zeytin ağaçları, bağları ve yörenin doğal bitki örtüsü ile çevrili çiftliğimizin içinde, yöreye hakim bir tepenin üzerinde tek başına, yörenin yabanhayvanlarının da dahil olduğu doğanın ve muhteşem Ege ve Akdeniz manzaralarının keyfine varabileceğiniz şekilde konumlanmıştır.

Konaklama: İki katlı ana binada 8 adet banyolu(Tuvalet ve duş) yatak odaları(16-25 m2) ile birlikte dört toplamında 16 tek yatak ve 2 adet çiftyatakları ile 18 kişi kadar barandırabilen bir mekan . Dört ayrı küçük salon mekanları ,bir açık Mutfak ve yemek mekanı ile birlikte binanın her tarafında kısmen üstü kapalı terasları yine iki 18 kişi sığdırabilecek yemek masaları ve oturma grupları mevcut.

İki kişiden oluşan kadromuz kahvaltı ve tabldot yemekleri (istek üzeri) iç mekanda her gün buffet olarak sunmaktadır.

Olabildiği kadar organik bahçemizden sezonal ürünleri kullanarak ve diğer sütürünleri,baklagiler,et,balık vs yöresel köylerden üretilen organik mamüler haftalık pazarlardan tehmin edip ile hazırlamaktayız.

Mümkünse plastikli ambalajlı ürünleri mekanımıza almamaya çalışmaktayız zira bu ambalajların imha konusu büyük bir dert .

Bir taraftan doğa içindeki yürüyüş patikalarından eski Datça’ya 20 dakikada yürüyebilir, öbür taraftan Karia patikalarına bağlanarak 2-3 saatlik bir yürüyüş ile Domuzçukur’na vararak kristal bir denizde yüzme keyfi ile ödüllendirilebilirsiniz.

Çok yakınımızdaki bir tepede bulunan tarihi Hacetevi’ne yarım saatte tırmanabilir, Hızırşah köyüne 5 dakikada in yürüyerek inlibilir ve oradan gündüz vakit saat başı kalkan minibüslerle 8 km uzaklıktaki Datça merkezine varabilirsiniz.

Yüzmek istediğinizde yaklaşık 6 km uzaktaki en yakın sahile özel araç ile 10 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz veya Hizirsah Belediye otobüs ile Datça yarım adanın ucuna kadar güney sahilinde bulunan Mesudiye,Ova bükü,Palamut bükü gibi köylere ulaşabilirsiniz ve oradaki plajların ve restorantların keyfiniçıkartabilirsiniz.

En az 3 kişilik konaklamalarınızda isteğinize bağlı olarak, bahçemizde yetiştirdiğimiz organik sebzelerle hazırlanmış tabldot öğünler de sunulmaktadır.

Experience peace with nature

TEPEEV farm is placed on a hill 80 mt above Hizirsah village on Datça peninsula and is a small scale organic farm with many small vegetable gardens , Olivetrees ,wine yards ,chickens surrounded by typical wild mediteranean nature with its stunning views to the north on agean sea side as well as to the east on the mediterenean sea overlooking the peninsula until to the mainland of Turkey.
Tepeev project Since 2009 I am living here with the aim to create a self sustainable place to live in and open this place for all kind of workshop groups for projects meeting with nature and its tranquility and develop there skills regarding consciousness and healthyness and happyness but also for people to rest in this tranquil natural beautiful alternative place.

History of Tepeev Befor ahuge fire destroyed the forrests in this area and when I started this project some 10 years ago when there were no trees and bush o I collected olive trees,which have been taken out of their grown places and abondoned to become firewood and replanted them successfully . Every second year in October about 3 tons of olives are to be harvested and processed to eatable delicious olives and cold pressed olive oil.

Other plants such as fruit trees,almond trees,Walnut trees ,Moringa tress,Guava trees,Bay trees ,Avocado trees,Fig trees ,berries ,Capari & Lavendel bush, a small wineyard of 400 local grape vines where planted within these past years and so all through the summer fruits are eaten or dried and collected for the wintertime or processed to vinegar and molasses.

Additionally there are many small gardens growing organic seasonal vegetables and greens as well as two small size Wintergardens to grow the plants from our collected seeds from the plants of the previous year without using any kind of pesticides or industrial fertilizers. Permaculture is applied to improve and produce fertile soil as well as to reduce water consumption needed to grow the plants as we try to develop continiously to improve self sustainability mainly for the plants and wildlife

Wildlife such as birds ,eagles,bussards ,snakes ,all kind of small reptiles ,boars,foxes and insects are not disturbed in their activities by this place since there is no use of anykind of pesticides,soaps and other chemicals which could harm the environment and our continous natural water spring which is drinkable healthy running water.

Accomodation for the guests : The two stored main building has 8 bedrooms(between 16-25 sqm) with own bathrooms(Toilet &shower),in total 16 x single beds ,2x double beds, two saloons of 35 sqm with a fireplace,1 x saloon of 15 sqm , an open kitchen with dining area where our team of two people is preparing breakfast and meals for our guests and our team using mainly our own grown vegetables and greens we harvest from our garden.Breakfast and tabledot(if requested) meals are served as a buffet inside.

There are many partly shaded terraces around the building which have various places to sit or lie down and two long dining tables each to be seated up to 18 people , one placed on the southside and the other on the northside of the building.Additionally there is some 2 min walk away an additional 50 sqm building for the workshops ,yoga courses or for single guests to realize their hobbies such as playing their instruments or drawing or painting.

Internet wifi is present in certain areas of the building and outside the building Electricity is 220 V and is self produced with our hybrid Solar and wind turbine facility with a cap of 0,5KWH up to 10 KWH and accumulator group of 48 KW. Warmwater capacity is 300 lt Up to 3 showers can be used at the same time without loosing waterpressure. We have a laundryroom eith washingmachine where we can wash your laundry for a fee We are using only environment friendly detergents We have a natural watersource with drinkable good quality water For cooking we use liquidgas and electricity.

Some rooms have ventilators ,first floor rooms to the northern side are cool during summer times.

Seasons: Main season is summer starting from May until end of September.Average heat 30 C . September - October is partly with rain but still warm weather and swimming in the sea

December-March is average 14 C but can warm up to 25 C during day time with sunny weather or cool down to 2 degrees for a short time and the whole period is our riny season.Rain showers can last up to 1 week with continıous rain especially in December .January and February.

İn February spring season starts already with the endless Almond trees covering Datça s surrounding its blossoming white flowers Datça peninsula is also a very windy area throughout the year and therefor is a very popular sailing,surfing and kite spot. There are some facilities close by offering safe guarding during spirtsactivity ,schools and rentals .

Surrounding :

Walking down the road to Hızırşah village is a 5 minutes walk and back up the road about 10-15 minutes. From the village there are hourly shuttles going within 15-20 min to Datça , a small city with a harbour and many restaurants,bars ,beaches, hospital and all kinds of shops and supermarkets.

Starting from Datça city the same shuttle is going back through Hizirşah to the south west and the very end of the peninsula with its many villages at the seashore where there are many restaurants,small shops ,beaches and small bays to discover for swimming. At the very end of the peninsula is the famous archeological sight of ancient Knidos and point where the AEgean and Mediterenean seas meet.

For other places to go there are shuttle buses starting from Datça

Taxis from Datca or to Datca are 24 h always available at the taxi stand or by phonetesevation The price for the 8 km ride should be around from Datca to here should be around Euro 5,-

İn Datça İt is also possible to rent bycicles or motorcycles to explore the peninsula with its various beaches ,baysand villages.

Hiking,walking Up from our place to the east south side is a small path leading to old Datça with its beautiful old stonehouses ,Artshops and Restaurants.The walk will take approx 30 min.

There is also a beautiful signed path to Domuzçukuru bay to the south side of the İsland accessible for hikers within 3 hours. To reach our place from Dalaman Airport there are daily several direct transfer shuttles of approx. 2h 15 min journey going to Datca where you can take a taxi to our place .

At Dalaman Airport there are also various rent a car possibilities The road from Dalaman through Marmaris is in good condition .

From Karakoey ,Körmen harbour,a small harbour for sailing boats is on the northern side and is also the accesspoint for the ferry to Bodrum which is a 1h30min ride over Gökova bay.
