Walking down the road to Hızırşah village takes about 5 minutes and walking back up the road about 10-15 minutes.
From the village there are hourly shuttles taking 15 minutes running back and forth to the town of Datca. A small town with a harbor for sailing and fishing boats, restaurants, bars, beaches, hospital, shops and supermarkets.
To the south west along the peninsula there are many seaside villages where you can find many restaurants, shops and small bays to discover for swimming.
At the very end of the peninsula is the famous archeological site of ancient Knidos and the point where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet.
All of these bays and villages can be reached by shuttle from Datca town.
Taxis to and from Datca are available 24 hours.
The price for the 8 km ride should be around Euro 5.
It is also possible to rent cars, bicycles and motorcycles to explore the surroundings from Datca town.We recommend to rent a car directly from the airports.
To reach Tepeev from Dalaman Airport there are daily transfer shuttles, Taxis and rental cars available. It is a 2 hour 15 minute journey.
There is a ferry boat service from Bodrum to Körmen harbour, a ten minutes drive from Tepeev. The ferry travel time is about 1hour 30 minutes.
HIKING and WALKING and CLİMBİNG
From Tepeev on the South East side there is a small path leading to old Datça town with its beautiful old stone houses, artshops and restaurants.
The walk will take approximately 30 minutes.
There is also a beautiful marked pathway through Hızırsah village and the forrest to Domuzçukuru bay to the south of the peninsula accessible for hikers within 3 hours. www.cariantrail.com
